“Koni uses to motivate and encourage us to be the very best that we can be. There this thing she used to tell us to try and encourage us to be the best we could be, “If you are a cleaner, be the best in your profession.” So I thought, I am a student, and I must be the best student that I can be.
As Mental Health Awareness month awareness ends, we note the importance of building life skills to cope with challenges and celebrate our Social Workers in their hard efforts to regularly support, maintain and improve the mental health of the children and youth we support.
This quarter we celebrate our young women graduates Tigist, Sebie, Faven and Lemma, a young graduate with special needs, four students in the BHE program that are graduating from university and high school. Three of them took the 12th grade national exam recently and are awaiting their results.
